Kingdom Hits Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using Kingdom Hits, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use Kingdom Hits.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Kingdom Hits.

Unless you have received prior written permission from Kingdom Hits, you may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, false identities, self-referrals, or accounts created to obtain unfair credits, rewards, commissions, referrals, prizes, or other benefits are prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by another person without prior permission from Kingdom Hits.

2. Promotion of Kingdom Hits

You may not promote Kingdom Hits in any way that could reasonably be considered spam, unsolicited bulk advertising, deceptive advertising, or a violation of another website's rules.

You may promote your Kingdom Hits referral URL and promotional materials only through traffic exchanges, mailers, safelists, advertising services, websites, or other channels that permit this type of promotion.

Spam complaints, deceptive promotion, misleading claims, or promotion through prohibited methods may result in suspension or termination of your Kingdom Hits account.

You may not make false or misleading claims about Kingdom Hits, including promises of guaranteed income, guaranteed referrals, guaranteed sales, or guaranteed results.

3. Member Responsibility for Advertising

Members are entirely responsible for every URL, banner, image, text advertisement, splash page, full-page advertisement, or other material submitted through their account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to promote the submitted content and that your advertisement and destination comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Kingdom Hits does not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee member-submitted advertisements and is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, violations of third-party agreements, misleading claims, losses, damages, or other legal issues resulting from content submitted by members.

4. Advertising and URL Rules

Before submitting any URL or advertisement to Kingdom Hits, please review these rules carefully.

Advertising that violates these Terms may be rejected, paused, suspended, or permanently removed. Credits or impressions assigned to prohibited advertising may be forfeited. Serious or repeated violations may also result in account suspension or termination.

The following are not permitted:

• Illegal products, services, activities, or content.
• Frame-breaking websites or pages that interfere with the normal operation of the Kingdom Hits surf frame.
• Forced redirects, exit traps, excessive pop-ups, pop-unders, or pages that prevent the member from leaving normally.
• Viruses, trojans, spyware, malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, suspicious downloads, browser mining, or other harmful or malicious code.
• Websites that use a visitor's CPU, GPU, bandwidth, browser, or device resources for unauthorized background processing.
• Adult or sexually explicit content, pornography, erotic services, sexually oriented dating content, or material intended primarily for sexual arousal.
• Sexually suggestive, provocative, fetishized, or exploitative imagery or content that Kingdom Hits considers unsuitable for a general-audience advertising service.
• Hate speech, threats, discrimination, racial intolerance, graphic violence, or material intended to seriously shock, intimidate, or disturb viewers.
• Harassment, bullying, ridicule, public shaming, intimidation, stalking, targeted humiliation, or personal attacks against another person, member, website owner, provider, business, or group.
• Advertisements or destination pages used primarily to continue a personal feud, revenge campaign, public dispute, or targeted attack against another person or business.
• Use of another person's name, username, photograph, Gravatar, profile image, contact details, or other identifying information for the purpose of mocking, humiliating, exposing, pressuring, provoking, or encouraging hostility toward that person.
• Unverified accusations or allegations against another person or business, including claims of fraud, scamming, non-payment, dishonesty, criminal activity, or other serious wrongdoing when used as part of a personal or commercial dispute.
• Attacks or degrading statements based on age, appearance, disability, health, privacy choices, a person's decision not to display their real name or photograph online, personal circumstances, or similar characteristics.
• Indirect, coded, sarcastic, suggestive, or deliberately evasive wording intended to target an identifiable person or group where the overall context makes the intended target reasonably clear.
• Pirated software, cracked programs, stolen material, circumvention tools, counterfeit goods, or content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• HYIPs, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, illegal gifting programs, deceptive investment programs, fraudulent revenue-sharing programs, or get-rich-quick schemes.
• PTP (paid-to-promote) websites or cyber chain letters.
• Fraudulent offers, false buttons, impersonation, fabricated testimonials, misleading claims, or other deceptive advertising.
• Blank, broken, suspended, non-viewable, excessively slow, or repeatedly unavailable websites.
• Advertisements that materially change after approval in order to display content that would not have been approved.
• URLs or advertisements designed primarily to evade moderation or disguise their true content.

Rotators and Redirects

Rotators may be promoted only when every site, page, banner, or other item that may appear in the rotation complies with these Terms.

You are responsible for all content that can appear through a rotator you submit, even if the individual destination is controlled by another party.

URL shorteners, cloaked links, masked redirects, or other methods that conceal the actual destination may be rejected. Kingdom Hits may require you to provide the direct final destination URL before an advertisement is approved or allowed to continue running.

5. Advertising Approval and Content Suitability

Kingdom Hits is a privately operated advertising service. An advertisement does not have to be illegal, fraudulent, or specifically named elsewhere in these Terms in order to be rejected.

Kingdom Hits reserves the right to reject, pause, suspend, edit, or remove any advertisement or URL that we consider inappropriate, questionable, unsafe, misleading, excessively controversial, hostile, unsuitable for our audience, inconsistent with the character of the service, likely to generate complaints or unnecessary conflict, or harmful to the reputation, security, operation, or community of Kingdom Hits.

Not every possible reason for rejection can be listed in these Terms.

When reviewing advertising, Kingdom Hits may consider the complete destination website, overall context, previous submissions, prior moderation history, repeated behavior, and patterns of conduct rather than evaluating only one isolated sentence, image, or page.

Previous approval does not guarantee continued approval. An advertisement may be reviewed again and removed if its content changes, the destination changes, additional information becomes available, circumstances change, or these Terms are updated.

Advertising approval remains at the discretion of Kingdom Hits. Approval of an advertisement does not mean that Kingdom Hits endorses, verifies, recommends, or accepts responsibility for it.

6. Credits, Rewards and Account Benefits

Surfing credits, advertising credits, impressions, tokens, contest rewards, bonuses, or similar site resources are provided for use within Kingdom Hits unless specifically identified as cashable funds.

Site credits and advertising resources have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn unless a specific Kingdom Hits feature expressly states otherwise.

Kingdom Hits may reverse credits, rewards, prizes, commissions, or other benefits obtained through fraud, automation, multiple accounts, exploitation of bugs, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

7. PiggyBank

PiggyBank is an on-site spending balance used to purchase eligible products, advertising services, membership upgrades, or other features offered by Kingdom Hits.

PiggyBank funds are not cashable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be transferred outside Kingdom Hits unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

Once funds are added to PiggyBank, they may only be used for eligible on-site purchases. Moving commissions or other eligible balances into PiggyBank is a one-way transfer and does not create a right to withdraw those funds later.

PiggyBank is not a bank account, savings account, investment account, or stored-value account intended for cash withdrawal.

8. Surfing and Fair Use

Members must surf and interact with Kingdom Hits honestly.

Bots, automated surfing software, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, timer manipulation, artificial traffic, or other methods intended to obtain unearned credits, rewards, prizes, or benefits are prohibited.

Attempting to exploit bugs, bypass timers, manipulate tracking, falsify activity, interfere with advertising delivery, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Third-Party Websites

Kingdom Hits displays advertisements and links submitted by independent members and third parties.

Kingdom Hits does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee their accuracy, safety, legality, availability, products, services, claims, privacy practices, payment practices, or business conduct.

Visiting, registering with, purchasing from, investing in, communicating with, or otherwise interacting with a third-party website is done at your own discretion and risk.

You should perform your own research before providing personal information, making purchases, sending money, or entering into any agreement with a third party.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Kingdom Hits may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, spam, chargebacks, cheating, automated activity, harmful advertising, harassment, repeated submission of rejected material, attempts to evade moderation, security concerns, or other behavior considered harmful to Kingdom Hits or its members.

Where appropriate, advertisements or account features may be temporarily paused while a concern is reviewed.

Accounts terminated for serious violations may lose unused credits, advertising resources, rewards, bonuses, and other non-cash site benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Kingdom Hits provides an advertising platform and does not guarantee any particular number of sales, sign-ups, referrals, conversions, earnings, clicks, business results, or other outcomes.

Advertising results depend on many factors outside the control of Kingdom Hits, including the quality of the advertisement, destination website, offer, audience, market conditions, and member activity.

12. Availability of the Service

Kingdom Hits is provided on an "as available" basis. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, software errors, third-party outages, internet failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Kingdom Hits does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Hits and its operator are not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, claims, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other consequences arising from member-submitted advertisements, third-party websites, third-party products or services, or reliance on information provided by advertisers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

Kingdom Hits collects and processes information reasonably necessary to operate accounts, provide advertising services, protect the service from abuse, process payments or payouts where applicable, communicate with members, and maintain security.

Information may include registration details, email address, account activity, IP address, browser or device information, cookies, advertising activity, transaction information, and payout details where applicable.

Kingdom Hits may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, referral tracking, security, fraud prevention, and operation of site features.

Personal information is not intentionally made public except where the member chooses to publish information through a feature designed for public display.

Kingdom Hits may use trusted third-party service providers where reasonably necessary for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, or other operational services.

Kingdom Hits contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of those websites.

Security

Kingdom Hits takes reasonable measures to protect information under its control. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

Communications and Opt-Out

Kingdom Hits may send service-related messages necessary to operate your account, including verification messages, password resets, security notices, advertising decisions, payment or payout notices, and other important account communications.

Where optional promotional communications are offered, members may use the available account settings or unsubscribe method to opt out where applicable.

Closing an account does not necessarily require Kingdom Hits to immediately delete records that must reasonably be retained for fraud prevention, transaction records, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

15. Refund Policy

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Kingdom Hits confirms a duplicate charge or clear processing error.

Please review all purchases carefully before completing payment.

Suspension or termination of an account for violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

16. Changes to These Terms

Kingdom Hits may update these Terms when features, policies, security requirements, legal requirements, or operating practices change.

The current version of the Terms will be made available on Kingdom Hits. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
